Elmwood Spa has been a trusted wellness destination in downtown Toronto for over 40 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Licensed Hair Stylist who is passionate about their craft, enjoys creating personalized guest experiences, and wants the opportunity to build and grow a loyal clientele.

You’ll join a professional and supportive salon and spa environment where quality, creativity, and exceptional guest care are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do

- Provide professional hair services including cuts, colour, highlights, colour correction, blowouts, styling, and updos.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend services, styles, and professional hair care products.
- Create a welcoming and personalized experience that encourages long-term guest relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while following sanitation standards.
- Keep current with new hair trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the salon and spa teams to provide a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Ontario Hair Stylist licence.
- Minimum 3 years of professional salon experience.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, highlighting, and colour correction.
- Experience using Schwarzkopf professional colour lines is considered an asset.
- An existing clientele is an asset but not required.




- Strong communication and consultation skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
