Position Summary
Rozina’s Beauty Services is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Hairstylist / Hairdresser to join our growing salon in Richmond, BC.
This opportunity is best suited for someone with some hands-on hairstyling experience, or someone who has graduated or is soon to graduate from an accredited hairdressing or hairstyling program.
We are looking for someone who wants to gain more salon experience, build confidence, grow their clientele, and work in a positive team environment where everyone supports each other’s success.

Key Responsibilities
Provide hair services such as cuts, styling, blowouts, colour, highlights, root touch-ups, treatments, and related services based on your skill level
Consult with clients and recommend suitable services, styles, and aftercare
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Answer salon phone calls when needed
Follow up on voicemails and client inquiries
Book future appointments for yourself and, when appropriate, assist with bookings for colleagues
Encourage repeat visits by recommending follow-up appointments and maintenance services
Help create a positive salon environment where everyone supports each other’s growth
Qualifications
Some hands-on hairstyling experience preferred
Graduated or soon to graduate from an accredited hairstyling or hairdressing program
Professional, reliable, and friendly
Strong interest in building a long-term hairstyling career
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn, improve, and receive guidance
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available a minimum of 4 days per week
