Responsibilities

- Provide qualified hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client preferences and offering expert advice tailored to their needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotions or new services.




- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility across cuts, color, and styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and workstations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain services and product recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations.
