TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleet readiness, safety, and performance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will drive KPI-based operations, support current city launches, and collaborate with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale autonomous mobility services.
