Lead technology at Beacon, a Toronto-based fintech, as a Hands-On Engineering Manager. Drive end-to-end software development and mentor a diverse team of engineers. With a focus on fintech services for NRIs, you'll take complete ownership of the technology function.

This role requires proactive leadership and technical expertise, balancing hands-on contributions with strategic oversight. You will work closely with Product and Design to create effective solutions and build a culture emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end software project development and delivery
- Lead and mentor backend, frontend, and QA engineers
- Stay hands-on with coding, architecture, and debugging
- Collaborate with Product and Design on scalable solutions
- Ensure reliability, security, and operational health of systems Requirements:
- 7–8+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years in engineering management or leadership
- Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java
- Solid understanding of SQL, AWS, and microservices
