Do you love Halloween? Can you deliver a blood-curdling scream or a chilling jump-scare? Galey Farms is looking for talent to bring everyone’s worst nightmares to life in our annual iconic Haunted House!
- Role: Haunted House Performer/Scare Actor
- Location: Galey Farms
- Schedule: Week Day Evenings & Weekends through October, including Halloween (variable dates)
What You Will Do:
- Hide, creep, and jump-scare guests.
- Animate/perform in dramatic scenes or displays
- Maintain high energy through long shifts in dark or loud environments.
- Work safely with fellow actors and crew to time scares and animate the haunted house environment
What We Look For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent vocal range, expressive body language, and improv skills.
- Reliable transportation and overall availability for the run of dates
- Comfortable wearing costumes, make up
- Able to work in conditions that include darkness, strobe effects, fog, loud noises etc
- Must be comfortable with PG-13 Halloween imagery and scenarios
Hourly Rates vary depending on experience Contract runs from the end of September – Oct 31st
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
