Rose Up Fitness

Alliston

Rose Up Fitness is a recent training facility opening in Alliston. We help adults get stronger, healthier and more confident through coaching that’s built around the person in front of us—not a one-size-fits-all class.

We were founded by a Canadian Olympic gold medalist, and that background is why the coaching standard here is high. But this isn’t an elite-only gym. It’s built for people who are ready to start, whatever level they’re at.

We’re not a traditional big-box gym. Members receive individualized programming, attentive coaching and a community that genuinely notices when they show up.

As we prepare to open, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach who wants to help establish our coaching standards, lead the adult training experience and build something meaningful from the ground up.

The Role The Head Coach leads the delivery and quality of Rose Up’s adult coaching programs. This person will coach small-group personal training sessions, support members throughout their fitness journey and help create a consistent, welcoming and high-quality experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who genuinely loves coaching, takes pride in helping other coaches improve and wants to grow alongside a new fitness company.
