Prenuvo is seeking an experienced health concierge leader to drive the Inbound Sales team from our Vancouver HQ. You will mentor Health Concierge representatives, manage inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture patient relationships while achieving ambitious revenue targets. You will report to the Director of Assisted Sales and steer performance, quality, and process improvements, ensuring a patient-first experience in a rapid-paced healthcare tech environment.
