Join the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Worker program at M’Chigeeng First Nation to support healthy family development for children aged 0-6. This full time role is centered on providing culturally respectful family services. In this impactful position, you will engage with M’Chigeeng First Nation families to enhance their parenting skills and promote the optimal growth of their children.

Your work will incorporate Traditional Culture while addressing health, nutrition, and social support needs. Collaborating closely with community health professionals will be crucial in delivering effective support and resource referrals. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct child and family support services
- Promote early childhood health and parenting education

- Support needs assessment and service coordination
- Incorporate cultural practices in daily interactions Requirements:
- College diploma in Early Childhood Education or similar
- Minimum 1 year experience with children and families
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Ojibwe language and traditions preferred
