We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various areas of the trade. Solid diagnostic skills, provicent in understanding schamatics, etc. This role requires hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment, along with excellent customer service skills.
- Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure fleet reliability.
- Properly diagnosing cause of failure and perform required repairs safely, accurately, and in an efficient manner.
- Striving to complete repairs within the Standard Repair Times as identified on work orders and/or by your supervisor.
- Completing daily work orders.
- Communicating with the other mechanics.
- Maintaining a clean and secure work area.
- Provide on the job training to Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentices.
- Participate and implement preventative maintenance program.
- Be accountable for the workmanship on repairs to equipment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37.80-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice (required)
