Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic High Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory at elevated heights using a high reach forklift, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safe warehouse operations. Responsibilities

- Safely operate high reach forklifts to retrieve, store, and organize inventory at various heights within the warehouse
- Perform order picking using forklifts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders
- Utilize clamp trucks and other warehouse equipment as needed for handling different types of loads
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and organizing stock in designated areas
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock records,



and ensure data accuracy
- Engage in heavy lifting when necessary, following safety protocols to prevent injuries during manual handling tasks

Skills

- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts, with certification preferred but not required
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and order picking procedures
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic forklift issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Ability to operate clamp trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment efficiently
- Strong understanding of basic math for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and documentation
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
