Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and inquiries to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all guest-facing areas
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing clear information and assistance
- Support food service operations by coordinating with servers and ensuring timely guest service
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries gracefully
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant settings is a plus but not required
