The Hockey Refinery is a new hockey development facility opening in Langford, BC. We’re looking for part-time hockey coaches who are passionate about helping players improve in a positive, high-energy workplace.

Responsibilities

- Lead private, semi-private and small-group development sessions
- Deliver sessions using The Hockey Refinery’s established Skatemill curriculum
- Provide age-appropriate instruction and clear feedback
- Create a positive experience for every athlete
- Maintain a professional, organized and safe training environment

Ideal candidates will have playing or coaching experience at the AAA, Junior, College or Professional level. Previous coaching experience and Hockey Canada certification are assets. Skatemill-specific training will be provided.

Hours will include evenings and weekends, with scheduling based on coach availability and facility programming.
