Duties

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, replacing faulty parts and ensuring proper assembly and operation
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics to identify root causes of appliance malfunctions
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records, including detailed reports of repairs performed and parts used
- Follow safety protocols related to electrical systems,



and mechanical parts during all repair activities

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1-2 years of appliance repair experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical service work
- Proven electrical experience with a strong understanding of wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components such as motors, pumps, belts, and assemblies
- Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams effectively
- Basic assembly skills for replacing or installing appliance parts accurately
