Make a meaningful impact as a Hoarding and Environmental Health Case Worker with YWCA Toronto. The role at YWCA Toronto focuses on hands-on, client-centered assistance for individuals living in unsafe or unhealthy conditions due to hoarding behaviors.

You will employ harm-reduction strategies and life skills coaching while collaborating with health and social service providers. This position helps promote secure living environments for vulnerable tenants with complex mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement eviction prevention strategies for tenants
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling support




- Assist tenants in resolving hoarding and pest control issues
- Collaborate with tenants and staff for de-cluttering assistance
- Develop individualized support plans with referral partners Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
- 3-5 years experience in a supportive housing setting
- Knowledge of pest control and harm reduction practices
- Strong crisis intervention skills
