Customers contract with MEINHAUS for their project. We develop the scope, coordinate the project, establish pricing, manage the customer relationship, and dispatch qualified local trades and renovation professionals to complete the work.

Our technology platform and MEINHAUS Pro App are designed to make it easier for independent contractors and trade businesses to access real project opportunities without having to constantly purchase leads or chase homeowners for work.

How the MEINHAUS Model Works

MEINHAUS manages the project from the customer side and uses our network of verified local professionals to complete the work.

Depending on the project, professionals may receive opportunities through:

- special project assignments
- local availability notifications

Many opportunities are delivered directly through the MEINHAUS Pro App, and some bids and special assignments may be made available through app notification only.

Keeping the app installed, remaining active, and enabling notifications can therefore materially improve your ability to see opportunities when they become available.

No Paid Leads

There is no charge to create a standard MEINHAUS Pro account.

You are not required to buy individual customer leads.

Instead, qualified professionals can build their account, become verified, select their service categories and operating areas,



and become eligible for projects that fit their profile.

Free Account Includes A standard free professional account can provide access to:

- the MEINHAUS Pro App
- project notifications

- operating-area selection
- professional profile development
- applicable partner programs and member benefits
- opportunities to build activity and performance history on the platform

A paid Premium membership may also be available for professionals who want additional platform benefits, but Premium is optional and is not required to create an account or become a MEINHAUS Pro.

MEINHAUS professionals may be eligible to participate in our Dulux professional paint partnership, including preferred purchasing programs and discounts.

Free members can participate in applicable Dulux benefits, with additional benefits potentially available to qualifying painting-category members.

Zensurance

Professionals can access our insurance partner program to obtain a business insurance quote and better understand the coverage applicable to their work.

Completing the insurance verification process can also help complete the professional's MEINHAUS account.

You are not required to replace an existing insurance policy simply because you obtain a quote.

Professional Verification

Because MEINHAUS is the general contractor responsible to the customer, professionals completing projects through the platform must meet appropriate verification requirements.

Depending on the service category, this may include:

- government-issued photo identification




- proof of liability insurance
- business information
- applicable trade licences
- WSIB / WCB where required
- applicable certifications
- examples of previous work

Certain higher-risk trades and project categories may have additional verification requirements.

- show up when scheduled
- can follow detailed scopes of work
- maintain skilled job sites
- communicate deficiencies or change-order conditions before proceeding
- maintain required insurance / licensing for their category

- take photos and provide project updates when requested
- represent themselves professionally in customers' homes
