Outside Sales Consultant – Uncapped Commission

Garage Floors 4 Less is growing quickly across Edmonton and Northern Alberta, and we’re looking for a driven sales professional who wants to control their income.

This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped earning potential.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit around waiting for a paycheque.

We’re looking for someone who can build trust, solve problems, follow up, and close.

What you’ll do

- Meet residential and commercial customers
- Run in-home and on-site sales appointments
- Measure and assess concrete floors
- Explain our coating systems
- Build and present quotes
- Handle objections
- Ask for the sale
- Follow up with open opportunities
- Collect deposits
- Keep all leads updated in our CRM
- Generate referrals
- Develop new residential and commercial business
- Protect company margins while closing profitable jobs

Experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, flooring, concrete, automotive, construction, or other high-ticket sales is a strong asset. Floor coating experience is not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-focused sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation will be structured in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards requirements.

Full commission details, earning triggers, and payment terms will be provided in writing before employment begins.
