About Us

At Paisano's italian garden cafe, we pride ourselves on authentic Italian hospitality, regional Italian flavors, and an extensive selection of classic Italian wines and aperitifs. We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Front of House team member to join our family as a Host / Server / Busser.

Key Responsibilities

- Host Duties: Warmly greet and seat guests, manage floor plans/reservations, and optimize table turns.
- Server Duties: Present menus, articulate food specials, make expert Italian wine pairings, take accurate orders, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Busser Duties: Promptly clear, sanitize, and reset tables to maintain an effective, immaculate dining room.
- Support overall restaurant operations, collaborate closely with kitchen staff, and uphold strict health and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language:



Fluent in English (strong verbal communication skills required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting (serving, hosting, or bussing).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Must possess valid [Food Handler Certification / Alcohol Serving License, e.g., ServSafe, Smart Serve, TIPS].
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Italian cuisine, pasta varieties, and Italian wine regions is strongly preferred.
