We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Hostess/Host, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas according to food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all sanitation, health,



and safety guidelines in accordance with food industry standards

Experience

- Greet and warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage the front entrance and maintain a friendly, professional first impression.
- Seat guests efficiently while considering table availability and server sections.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests.
- Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Assist guests with seating preferences whenever possible.
- Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers, bartenders, and management.
- Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entrance area.
- Distribute menus and explain restaurant seating procedures when needed.
- Monitor the dining area and help ensure guests are comfortable and attended to.
- Assist servers with resetting and preparing tables during busy periods.
