Duties
- Perform residential cleaning and maintenance to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the home
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed, ensuring dietary preferences are met
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and ironing clothing and linens
- Support household organization by coordinating schedules, appointments, and errands
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing household members’ needs promptly and courteously
- Assist with hospitality duties during gatherings or special events to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain effective communication with household members to anticipate needs and deliver personalized support
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in domestic or residential cleaning and hospitality roles
- Skilled in cooking, laundry, cleaning, and general household management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with household members and visitors
- Ability to work independently as a live-in assistant while respecting privacy boundaries
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality environments is preferred
