TownePlace Suites by Marriott is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas meet our cleanliness and quality standards.

Job ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other room areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
- Replenish guest room supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and staff areas.
- Follow all hotel cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when interacting with them.

Laundry
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels.
- Ensure clean laundry is properly stored and distributed.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Keep laundry facilities clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing linens and cleaning products.
- Assist the housekeeping team with additional duties as required.





Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move laundry, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Schedule This position may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
