OVERVIEW The Housekeeping Supervisoroversees the day to day running of the Housekeeping Department to ensure theappearance of all guest rooms, suites, and public areas are clean andmaintained at the highest level of standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES - Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing guestconcerns and/or complaints.

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the housekeepingdepartment including scheduling, planning, workload management, task delegation,and communication across departments
- Conduct and/or assist in the orientation andtraining of recent employees to ensure proper on boarding, support andtraining is provided.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching and performanceevaluations to maintain high-quality service.
- Participate in the active oversight of all teammembers, providing support to stay on task and on time.




- Manage inventory levels of all housekeeping suppliesand equipment.
- Conduct daily housekeeping inspections to ensuretop quality cleanliness and services are being provided.
- Complete administrative tasks including the updatingof department policies, procedures, checklists and training documents as required.
- Understand and ensure the correct usage, storageand handling of all cleaning agents, materials, equipment and chemicals;understand MSDS protocols.
- Adhere to and contribute to the safety and securityof all buildings, company assets, co-workers and guests including guestbelongings.
- Ensure compliance with the Resorts policies,procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Complete Room Attendant, House Attendant and PublicSpaces Attendant duties as required. ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS - At least 2 years Housekeeping experience preferablyin an accommodation environment (hotel, resort, etc.).
- Previous supervisory experience would be an asset.
- Detail oriented, organized, focused on quality,with effective time management skills.
- Self-starter, with problem solving andorganizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal andwritten).
- Knowledge of WHIMS and chemical use.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Good computer literacy (experience and proficiencyin MS Word, Outlook, and Excel). Pay:$23.00-$25.00 perhour plus summer bonus. Job Type:Permanent.

Schedule: Full Time – including mornings, evenings, weekends andholidays.
