This hands-on generalist role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems support, with travel to Belleville, Trenton, and Kingston required. You'll partner with leaders to deliver HR programs, maintain data accuracy in our HRIS, and drive improvements in processes and the employee experience. A CHRP is preferred and 3–5 years of HR experience is expected.
