With over 5 years of HSE experience in oil/gas or mining industries, you will implement the Mikisew Group Safety Management Program, conduct inspections, and lead incident investigations. Your proactive approach will help enhance site safety and health standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage the Safety Management Program
- Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety compliance
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide HSE training and coaching to site personnel
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years HSE experience in relevant industries
- Professional certifications like CRSP or CSP preferred
