Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc., (TTCI) is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions and guidance to all employees within the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Job Duties (non-inclusive):

- Full cycle recruitment, including posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting offers.
- Administration of all Human Resources related training; including onboarding and orientation for new hires as well as annual HR training for existing team members
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive personnel records
- Draft general communications as necessary; letters, memos, and reports
- Assist with the administration of the company advantages program.
- Provide administrative support including filing, copying and ad hoc tasks.
- Support the Human Resources Specialist with claims management
- Plan and/or assist with various Company social events
- Provide guidance, support, and training on the time and attendance system (ADP)
- Participate in special projects when requested
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources




- A demonstrated understanding and application of HR-related principles, practices, and procedures and employment legislation
- Must be available to travel to our Woodstock facilities if needed
- Must be willing to work in the office daily
- Must be able to work at a fast pace in an environment where priorities change rapidly
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
