Why Join Us? This is an opportunity to build and shape the HR function of a growing organization. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than an administrator — someone who wants to become a trusted HR partner and an integral member of our leadership team.

Ontario employment-law knowledge, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy development mandatory rather than treating them as nice-to-haves. Those are the areas that will make the biggest difference for your managers and leadership team.
