Become the driving force behind HR initiatives at CIGI as our Human Resources Manager. This full-time, in office role features a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to foster a positive workplace culture.

As a key player in our HR team, you will partner directly with the Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategies, support employee development, and enhance day-to-day operations. This role encompasses managing recruitment cycles, overseeing employee relations, and developing engaging employee programs to boost satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with VP to implement HR strategies • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives • Provide guidance on HR matters to management • Oversee HR documentation and compliance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • Several years of HR experience in a managerial role • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with HRIS systems • Valid driver's license for work-related travel
