Job Summary Reporting to the Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational Human Resources support that aligned with GDI Ainsworth organizational objectives. This role partners with leaders and employees to provide guidance and expertise across talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. As a trusted advisor, the Human Resources Manager supports business leaders in fostering a positive workplace culture, leading organizational change initiatives, and ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices are effectively implemented across the organization.
