We are looking for a dynamic and results driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and promoting our HVAC solutions. You will help homeowners make informed decisions about their required HVAC requirements. This position is 100% Commission based, with a draw and car allowance.
The ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm and technical expertise. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to promote HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll engage with a diverse customer base, demonstrate product capabilities, and develop lasting relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their HVAC needs and present customized solutions through compelling product demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-sales activities including technical analysis, site assessments, and detailed product presentations to showcase the value of our HVAC offerings.
- Assist customers in understanding how our HVAC systems integrate with modern technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, recent product features,
and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the HVAC or related technology sectors.
- Solid analysis skills with the ability to interpret client requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Experience demonstrating products and conducting technical presentations effectively.
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and persuasively.
