Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC, Sheet Metal Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as sheet metal components that support building climate control. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety across various commercial and industrial facilities.

Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including ductwork, ventilation units, and air conditioning equipment using schematic diagrams and technical manuals
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components for HVAC systems with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance on boilers, pumps, fans, and other mechanical systems to ensure reliable operation
- Conduct welding and plumbing tasks necessary for system repairs or upgrades
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation and repair projects
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and provide effective solutions promptly




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for ongoing maintenance planning

Skills

- Robust mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boiler operation, and sheet metal fabrication
- Proficiency in welding techniques suitable for sheet metal work and repairs
- Hands-on experience with plumbing connections related to HVAC or boiler systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately
- Knowledge of appliance repair and general construction practices relevant to HVAC projects
- Mechanical or mechanic experience with troubleshooting complex systems efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
