Best Buy Canada is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support the DC Engineering team with labour standards, forecasting, and workforce planning. This hybrid role is based in the greater Vancouver area, with four days per week at the Langley DC and one remote day. You will maintain UKG Workforce Management, analyze labour performance, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
