- Certification and Access Review
- Access Request Support Qualifications - 3-5 years of related experience
- SailPoint IIQ servers hygine
- Experience with IAM, and infrastructure architecture
- Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
- Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)




- Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
- Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight Soft skills - Strong communication skills for employees above and below
- Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams Nice to have - Prior Deloitte or Big-Four experience
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- CyberArk Vault (PAM)
- Experience with Azure/Entra, specifically IAM related
