Duties

- Deliver in-person tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s learning style and academic goals
- Develop customized lesson plans and educational materials to enhance understanding and retention
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that motivates students to excel academically
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions,



attendance, and student achievements
- Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill-building exercises to boost confidence and performance

Qualifications

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various subjects
- Must tutor up to grade 12 all subjects including French
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings or classrooms
- Demonstrated classroom experience or familiarity with instructional techniques
- Passion for education and helping others succeed
- Reliable, patient, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
