We’re growing our international sales network and looking for experienced, self-motivated sales professionals who genuinely believe AI can make businesses more efficient.

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity operating through the Answer Flow AI Affiliate Program. You are not an employee of Answer Flow AI. You manage your own schedule, prospecting, outreach, and sales activity while representing Answer Flow AI products.

We provide the product, brand, training, marketing materials, company email, and support.

You bring the hustle.

What You’ll Do

- Identify businesses that could benefit from Answer Flow AI solutions.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, phone, social media, referrals, networking, in-person outreach, or any other professional channel that works for you.
- Follow up with warm opportunities within your local market when available.
- Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand a prospect’s current communication challenges and recommend appropriate Answer Flow AI solutions.
- Conduct introductory calls and product presentations.
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Submit and track referrals through the Answer Flow AI affiliate dashboard.
- Work with our team when additional product or technical support is needed during the sales process.





Commission StructureThis role is built around recurring income.

AI Phone System – StarterEarn:

- 20% recurring commission on the monthly platform fee
- 20% recurring commission on eligible per-minute usage

AI Phone System – EnterpriseEarn:
- 20% recurring commission on the monthly platform fee
- 20% commission on the applicable one-time setup fee

AI Knowledge SystemEarn:
- 20% recurring commission on the monthly platform fee

As long as your referred clients remain active and eligible under the program, your residual commissions continue month after month. What Can That Look Like?Our AI Phone System usage rate is $0.32 per minute.

Example 1: 50 Calls Per DayAverage call length: 3 minutes

Daily usage: 150 minutes

Monthly usage: 4,500 minutes

Client usage charges: $1,440/month

Your 20% recurring commission: $288/monthThat is from one client, before including your 20% commission on their monthly platform fee.

Example 2: 120 Calls Per DayAverage call length: 3 minutes

Daily usage: 360 minutes

Monthly usage: 10,800 minutes

Client usage charges: $3,456/month

Your 20% recurring commission: $691.20/monthAgain, that is from one client, before including your commission on the monthly platform fee.

Build a portfolio of active businesses and those residual commissions can continue stacking month after month.

This is an independently managed sales role. We do not provide a traditional CRM or manage your daily prospecting schedule for you.

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, objection-handling, and closing ability
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Comfortable selling remotely
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, technology, or SaaS
- Strong belief that AI can create meaningful improvements for businesses

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, software, telecommunications, technology, business services, or skilled services is a strong asset.
