Job Summary: The indoor golf attendant is responsible for ensuring that the indoor golf facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, including answering questions, providing assistance, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience. They will also serve various food items & beverages.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests, provide them with information about the facility and assist them with bookings.
- Ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, including helping them with their golf equipment and answering any questions they may have.
- Monitor the facility to ensure that all guests are following the rules and regulations.
- Ensure that all guests have a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Previous experience with cash in/cash out procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is preferred but not required.
- Serving it Right Certification.
- Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $18.25 per hour
