Enhance student success and reconciliation initiatives as an Indigenous Advocate in the Learning team. Collaborate with educators to implement strategic educational directions and support programs. As an Indigenous Advocate, you will be integral to the educational team, focusing on specialized support for teachers throughout the school division.

This position emphasizes goals aligned with the Truth and Reconciliation report. Your work will directly impact student opportunities and achievements while implementing the Inspiring Success policy. Key Responsibilities:

- Support educators in delivering specialized assistance
- Promote the strategic direction and actions for education
- Ensure the implementation of Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action




- Collaborate with professionals to enhance student support
- Participate actively in the broader Learning team initiatives Requirements:
- Proven experience in educational advocacy
- Solid understanding of Indigenous education policies
- Leadership skills to drive educational change
- Commitment to student success and reconciliation efforts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Make a meaningful difference in education and support reconciliation as an Indigenous Advocate.
