Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organized General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our indoor golf facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing events and keeping things running smoothly.

Pay: $23.50/hour

Term: 6-month position, with the possibility of extending longer depending on summer events and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily facility operations and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating and running Men’s Night, Ladies Night, leagues and special events
- Planning tournaments, group bookings and other facility events
- Training and onboarding new employees
- Supporting staff scheduling and providing sick-call coverage when required
- Managing inventory, including ordering supplies, beverages, merchandise and other facility needs
- Restocking and ensuring inventory levels are maintained
- Handling customer questions, bookings and day-to-day issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming facility
- Supporting promotions and helping grow leagues, events and overall facility usage

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, comfortable taking initiative and able to work independently. Some evening and weekend availability will be required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service,



hospitality, recreation, retail or a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable supervising staff and handling day-to-day issues as they arise
- Able to coordinate leagues, events and group bookings
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking/POS systems
- Comfortable handling cash and completing basic administrative tasks
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required
- Interest in golf is an asset, but golf experience is not required
- Must be willing to jump in and help with everything from customer service to restocking and facility upkeep
- Food Safe Certification
- Serving it Right Certification.
- Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
