BMR Inc. specializes in industrial machine repair. We are looking for an experienced, mechanically skilled individual with a robust background in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding industrial machinery.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems, determining why a machine isn’t operating properly and getting it back up and running.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and performing repairs at customer facilities.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems with industrial machinery
- Repair and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment
- Disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble machine components
- Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Work with bearings, gearboxes, shafts, spindles, pumps and other mechanical components
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals and specifications
- Identify required repairs and determine appropriate solutions




- Complete work safely, efficiently and professionally at customer facilities

Qualifications
- Industrial Millwright 433A licence preferred
- Strong machine repair and mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience repairing and rebuilding industrial machinery
- Experience with CNC and conventional machine tools is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence
- Dependable, professional and safety-conscious
