Icon Energy Services Ltd. is a growing company that specializes in custom CNC machining, non-destructive examination, oilfield equipment remanufacturing, qualified engineering, design, drafting, and fabrication. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an Industrial Painting environment.
- Group benefits are available upon completion of 90 day probationary period
Job Duties:
- Mix and apply primers and paints according to manufacturer specifications.
- Read work orders and coating specifications to select the correct materials and application methods.
- Monitor surface conditions, coating thickness, coverage, and drying or curing times.
- Inspect finished work for defects and complete touch-ups or repairs.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment, tools, and the work area.
- Follow safety procedures for handling coatings and solvents, using protective equipment, and disposing of waste.
