Fibertec, a leading North American window manufacturer since 1983, is looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for candidates with minimum of 5 years experience painting in window manufacturing environment .

Duties

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply paint, coatings, or finishes
- Use power tools, equipment for surface preparation or repair tasks




- Perform inspections to ensure coating quality and consistency across projects
- Follow safety protocols related to water base paint handling, equipment operation, and workspace organization
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- put attention to details

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial painting preferred
- familiarity in using hand tools, power tools.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
