What you will do

Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels

Provide accurate information about government programs, services, and policies





Guide individuals to the appropriate departments and resources

Research information to ensure responses are current and reliable

Maintain confidential records and document interactions accurately

Work closely with colleagues and government departments to resolve inquiries

Support outreach and communication initiatives when needed

Identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes

What we are looking for A positive and approachable individual who enjoys helping others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities The ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a quick paced environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate information

Experience in customer service, administration, communications, or a related field is an asset

Confidence using Microsoft Office and other workplace technology
