This Inside Sales

Representative role is yourchance to work on our busy front desk, connecting with our many valuedcustomers and offering them the friendly, prompt, and expert support that keepsthem coming back. You’ll love meeting new people every day, buildingrelationships, and collaborating with supportive teammates. What You’ll Do:

- Be the first point of contact forGeneral Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, InsulationContractors, and the general public.
- Sell and educate customers on ourwide variety of industry-leading products.
- Greet customers and answer callswith professionalism and energy.
- Prepare quotes and process orderswith accuracy and speed.
- Handle payments, packing slips,and product pickup or delivery.
- Keep the showroom organized,up-to-date,



and client-friendly.
- Execute CRM processes and maintaincustomer files.
- Contribute to sales meetings andbranch updates.
- Ensure a safe, clean, andproductive showroom workplace.
- Additional duties as assigned bySales or Branch Manager.

What You Bring

- A high school diploma (college ortrades background is a plus).
- Inside sales or building supplyexperience (preferred but not required).
- Quick learner with strong productcuriosity.
- Strong communication, customerservice, and problem-solving skills.
