What’s the chance?

KOTT is seeking an experienced Siding Supervisor to join our Exteriors team. This role coordinates crews and subcontractors, maintains project schedules, ensures specifications and quality standards are met, identifies material or labour discrepancies, and coaches direct reports to support safe, efficient work and excellent customer service.

Your regular schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime hours possible during peak periods.

The wage range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per annum

Your day-to-day responsibilities

· Assign Installation crews to job sites, based on customer requirements

· Supervise and direct the work of Installers on customer job sites; monitoring attendance and punctuality, and providing disciplinary measures as required

· Perform daily site inspections of finished work, monitoring for quality





· Perform administrative tasks required, i.e. ensure billable extras are invoiced, ensure material discrepancies on site are noted and reported, gather customer completion slips, review subcontractor invoices

· Manage manlift fleet used by subcontractors

· Manage and enforce Health & Safety on site for employees and subcontractor crews; including, conducting weekly Safety Talks and Workplace Inspections at job sites, following SOP’s and operating safely and efficiently

What you need to succeed

· Minimum 3 years exterior siding installation experience

· Minimum 1 year’s supervisory experience, managing a team of 3 of more

· A qualification in a construction related field is an asset

· Proven ability to read blueprints/design plans

· Ability to work with your hands and use manual/power tools

· Detail oriented

· Proficient in using Microsoft 365, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

· Ability to work efficiently and safely

· Physically able to lift up to 23kg/50lbs

· Comfortable working in all weather conditions

· Ability to stand/ walk for up to 5 hours at a time

· Forklift experience is considered an asset
