The Ontario Nurses’ Association seeks a Legal Counsel (HLDAA Interest Arbitration Specialist) for a 12-month contract. The role acts as a resource on Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act (HLDAA) and interest arbitration across hospital and long-term care sectors. The successful candidate will coordinate arbitrations, analyze research and contract data, and develop strategic approaches with senior leadership while delivering education to members and staff.
