This role requires programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems while supporting maintenance and operations. Candidates must be based in Calgary South or willing to travel to operating sites as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide controls engineering support to project teams and vendors
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation including P&IDs; and control narratives
- Program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems
- Participate in project planning and ensure adherence to standards
- Travel to operating sites for troubleshooting and project activities Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of Controls and Automation experience
- Extensive work with Schneider Electric PLC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills
