As part of our HR team, you will have the chance to work alongside various team members and contribute to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the employee experience.

What could you be working on?

Depending on your interests and the team's priorities, you may contribute to the following areas:

Employee & Candidate Experience

- Support the implementation of activities that foster team cohesion and employee engagement
- Participate in the execution of the corporate calendar of events and social impact initiatives
- Help enhance the onboarding and integration experience for current employees
- Assist in creating content for the careers website and social media channels

Talent Management & Development
- Contribute to the implementation of the talent review program
- Support the organization of data and tools used to identify and develop talent
- Participate in the development of competency and learning tools

HR Tools & Processes
- Create documentation tools and resources for managers
- Collaborate on the standardization of HR processes
- Contribute to the deployment of the corporate intranet and HR content creation
- Explore opportunities to automate HR processes, including the integration of AI

In short, this is not the kind of internship where you'll spend your days filing paperwork! You'll be encouraged to participate in discussions, ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to real HR initiatives.

A Collaborative Experience

You may work alongside an HR Business Partner or an Organizational Development & Change Management Specialist, depending on the projects,



while gaining exposure to various HR disciplines, including:
- Talent development

- Onboarding and integration
- Organizational development
- HR tools and processes

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration (HR concentration), Organizational Development, or a related field
- Curious and interested in the world of Human Resources
- Self-motivated, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with others
- Able to communicate in English (interaction with English-speaking stakeholders)
