- Prepare return calculations for potential investment transactions
- Conduct market research and gather competitive data




- Track BC region real estate market data
- Create approval memorandums for asset acquisitions
- Analyze quarterly reports and investment documents Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
