The role focuses on building scalable iOS applications, improving mobile performance, delivering new financial features, and creating seamless user experiences across Apple devices. Neos engineering teams develop technology-driven financial products that support millions of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using modern Apple development frameworks.

Build secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences for Neos financial products.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver innovative mobile features.

Write clean,



maintainable, and well-tested Swift code following engineering best practices.

Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and backend platforms.

Optimize application performance, reliability, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.

Implement mobile security practices including authentication, encryption, and data protection.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mobile architecture decisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across various iOS devices and operating system versions.

Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current with emerging Apple technologies and recommend improvements to mobile development practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of professional iOS application development experience.

Strong proficiency in Swift and contemporary iOS development frameworks.

Experience building and deploying applications through the Apple App Store.

Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or VIPER.





Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party mobile services.

Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
