JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER (MAINTENANCE 2) CATHOLIC EDUCATION CENTRE - GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB. This is a Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week) commencing as soon as possible.

Salary as per Collective Agreement: $36.67 per hour.

Duties to include

- Maintains and repairs buildings and furnishings related to carpentry, including doors and frames, windowsills and frames, door hardware, exterior and interior wall finishes, millwork, baseboards and moldings, etc.
- Maintains equipment and furnishings, including; gymnasium bleachers and partition walls, theatre seating, window coverings, toilet partitions and accessories.
- Examination and inspection of district owned facilities on a regular basis for purpose of preventative maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities. A transparent Police Information Check and Intervention Record Check will be provided by the applicant. Position will be advertised until suitable candidate is found.
