We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring
- Use hand tools and power tools to build and renovate electrical systems
- Perform inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Ensure all work is in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Journeyman/Journeywoman or Master Electrician license required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with both low voltage and industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience as a maintenance person or in a related field is a plus
Job Type: Full time Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
